The Auto Service Experts North American Warranty protects your customer from unexpected repairs on most service performed by your shop for 24 months or 24,000 miles (for Platinum Members the warranty is 36 months or 36,000 miles), no matter where their travels take them. Mile 1 Parts & Labor Warranty
As an added benefit for Platinum Members we are including a Mile 1 Parts & Labor Warranty. This program is exclusive for Platinum Members.
Not only do your customers get the extended 36 Month / 36,000 Mile warranty but you also get (4) parts & labor claims that can be used for warranty work to be performed at your shop. The same items covered and or not covered as provided by the standard warranty will also apply to the Mile 1 Warranty program.
If your customer has a warranty claim they should return to your shop for diagnosis. Upon decision of warranty eligibility, the shop should call the warranty administrator at 1-877-342-9615.
Parts & Labor Claim Provisions:
- Warranty reimbursement is for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Installers are provided (4) claims in a twelve-month period
- Installers can receive a 3-hour labor max at $75 per hour
- Reimbursement benefits are only available to current shops enrolled in the Platinum Program

The ASE Roadside Assistance certificate is good for a 1 time battery boost, tow, lock-out service, fuel delivery or flat tire change. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the United States and Canada. Service is limited to a maximum reimbursement of $75.
